In 2018, after feeling overwhelmed by the stress of not being able to achieve a healthy work/life balance, Joelle made the decision to leave her role as a Global Certifications Program Manager to care for her children full time. Even as a stay-at-home parent, keeping an organized home and schedule was challenging.  
 

After her family’s move to a new home, and with the endless accumulation of crafts and toys, in addition to inheriting several items from loved ones, Joelle became determined to declutter and develop manageable organizing systems. Her vision was to create a peaceful environment with aesthetically pleasing and functional organizational designs so her family could thrive. Joelle began realizing her goal after completing certificate courses in interior design and professional organization, which helped to sharpen skills she already began developing on her own.
 

Creating organized spaces with attractive and practical designs is Joelle’s motivation and passion. She formed the company Functional Fit Home Organizers, LLC in 2023 to use her skills and help others experience the joy of an organized home tailored to their specific needs and lifestyles.
 

Joelle is a member of the American Society for Professional Organizers (ASPO) and the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO). She holds the Certified Home Organizer^® credential from ASPO.

Kristin developed her love for decluttering and organizing after becoming a busy mom of 2 children. Having worked in the fashion industry for years, transitioning to a new family role and home was a bit daunting. Kristin believes that having a functional and carefully planned system can ease the stress of day-to-day life. Kristin hopes to bring her knowledge of organization to others who don’t know where to start.

Ashley is an active mom of 3 children, as well as a part-time preschool teacher. She discovered her interest in organizing through setting up fun, creative, and inspirational learning environments in the classroom. Ashley uses these same organizing principles when helping clients meet their goals. She believes that creating well thought-out and organized spaces positively impacts mental and emotional well-being.

Paige is a motivated and upbeat individual with a lifelong passion for organization. While working in diverse environments over the years, including corporate, household, and educational settings, she integrated her love for organizing into every role. Paige believes that an organized space enhances personal creativity, encourages an efficient lifestyle, and helps clients to feel at ease in their homes.
